Designed to recognise progress and achievement within the company, the changes will align the team to support the delivery of the company’s strategic direction and create opportunities for employees working up through the ranks.

Within our Senior Management team, David Slater, is now Group Director of Hire and Alan Jackson, is now Installations Director. Simon Wood is now Group Director of Projects, Peter Harding is Group Creative Director and James Hunter, Robert Szabo and Chris Smith are now recognised as Project Director.

Not only that, but we’re pleased to announce the promotions of Tom Ring, Ryan Grant and Matt Herd, to the role of Senior Project Manager within our Create service. Their new roles will include supporting the Project Directors – Rob Szabo, Chris Smith and James Hunter – with the management and recruitment of technicians, mentoring and supporting Project Managers at the quotation and delivery stages and ensuring the seamless delivery of events. Paul Smith has also been promoted to the role of Project Manager.
