Spencer House

Spencer House is London’s most magnificent eighteenth-century aristocratic palace.  Built between 1756-1766 for John, first Earl Spencer, an ancestor of Diana, Princess of Wales (1961-1997) it is London’s finest surviving eighteenth-century town house.

Spencer House is an elegant and historic event venue for hosting meetings, lunches, receptions, dinners and intimate weddings in London. The House is available for private and corporate events throughout the year, Mondays to Saturdays, with the exception of August, and is hired exclusively to each client. It can accommodate up to 126 for lunch or dinner and 450 for receptions.

Recognised as an iconic part of the historical landscape, Spencer House occupies a prime Central London location in St James's. Elegant state rooms lead onto an expansive terrace overlooking Green Park.
