Beam Suntory's 2-day growth conference - Growing for Good - brought together 250 of the business' key marketing people from across the region for the premium spirits company. Working within the event concept created by White Label, Hawthorn were tasked with specifying and delivering full video, lighting and sound solutions, and designing and building the stage and set in the main conference room. Our remit also included the main set build, room dressing and audio-visual production for the conference's break-out rooms, stunningly themed around Beam Suntory's product range and heritage, together with the audio visual-support for the conference's awards dinner.
As well as delivering the full technical production for the event, with the main conference room doubling up as the Bourbon themed break-out room, we were set the logistical challenge of transforming the room. In just 30 minutes we assembled a bar, porch, and cooperage and reconfigured the sound, lighting and video to suit the break-out set up. We then completed another quick turnaround to deliver the audio-visual support for the awards dinner.
