TOBACCO DOCK

THE BRIEF

Online food order and delivery service Just Eat welcomed 1100 delegates to Tobacco Dock in November for their international internal conference, Just Eat World Meet 2018.

We were Just Eat to supply technical production to the event, working alongside the in-house technical supplier. This included delivering video, staging, power and an additional lighting package to the main plenary and after party whilst also supplying the technical production for ten breakout spaces

THE EXECUTION

Taking over more than half of Tobacco Dock’s event space, the Just Eat World Meet was split between the Ground Level and The Vaults. We worked alongside the in-house technical provider to transform the industrial space into the perfect conference venue for the global brand.

With the main plenary featuring plenty of natural daylight, we installed a striking 25.2m x 3m LED wall in the Main Plenary to brightly display the on-screen content despite the ambient brightness in the room. We also supplied the main plenary staging and an additional moving light package that complimented the house lighting rig to provide a dynamic lighting design. On top of this, we also managed the on-site power and the technical rigs in the breakout spaces.
